We have a new upper size chart starting for Spring 2022! Base on your body measurements to buy. If you are a returning customer and wear a 1X or higher, you will now be one size smaller.

Sometimes though, things may not work out the way we want them too! That is why we offer:
Refunds Process
- Quinn Hop will process a refund upon receipt of the returned products, excluding any delivery charges customers paid for while ordering within 2-4 business days
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit OR via bank transfer
- Credit/Debit Card Payment: Please note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction
Returns Process
Kuwait
- All products to be exchanged &/OR refunded must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt & ALL tags within 3 days from the date of purchase
- Products must be in its original condition
- Delivery and delivery charges for pick-up will be carried out by Quinn Hop
International
- All products to be exchanged &/OR refunded must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt & ALL tags within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Products must be in its original condition
- Delivery and delivery charges for pick-up will be carried out by the customer
Exchange Process

- All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt & ALL tags within 3 days from the date of purchase
- If the item is sold out, store credit can be offered
- Products must be in its original condition
- Customers must provide relevant information to the Quinn Hopp Customer Care team about exchanged item, size, and colour
- Delivery and delivery charges for pick-up and drop-off will be carried out by Quinn Hop
International

- NO refunds during sale. Only store credit & exchanges are applicable
- Cash on Delivery is available as a preferred payment method for customers residing ONLY in Kuwait. If any issue arises, contact us
- Products purchased outside of stores at exhibitions and sale events will neither be exchanged or refunded
- Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise pay be returned within 3 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have tags attached, along with the original sales receipt
- Certain items of categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons i.e., cosmetics, undergarments, & swimwear
- The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
