Refunds Process
- Quinn Hop will process a refund upon receipt of the returned products, excluding any delivery charges customers paid for while ordering within 2-4 business days
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit OR via bank transfer
- Credit/Debit Card Payment: Please note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction

- Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise pay be returned within 3 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have tags attached, along with the original sales receipt
- Certain items of categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons i.e., cosmetics, undergarments, & swimwear
