Refunds Process
- Quinn Hop will process a refund upon receipt of the returned products, excluding any delivery charges customers paid for while ordering within 2-4 business days
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit OR via bank transfer
- Credit/Debit Card Payment: Please note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction

- All products to be exchanged &/OR refunded must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt & ALL tags within 3 days from the date of purchase
- Products must be in its original condition
- Delivery and delivery charges for pick-up will be carried out by Quinn Hop
International

- Certain items of categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons i.e., cosmetics, undergarments, & swimwear
